Information: Mr. Amir Dallala, c.a., has over 23 years of experience in international consulting in the transfer of technology, feasibility studies at the early stage, project preparation and implementation, in various projects overseas, particularly in developing countries.

Mr. Dallala experience includes the establishing of government managerial restructuring procedures in Hungary, bank training in the areas of credit and loan in Romania, creating the internal audit department in one of the major international organization based in Austria, In addition of being a financial advisor in the securing of various funding packages for different industries including a 15 million USD from the EEC to an oil vegetables processing plant, a 4 million CDN $ from venture British fund in the Hospitality industries and a 14.5 million CDN $ banking loan for a Montreal based lumber and wood specialized firm.

Mr. Dallala is the senior Partner in a Montreal Chartered accounting firm specialized in providing auditing, turnaround management services and management advice.

Mr. Dallala graduated from McGill University and is member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountant.
