Information: Mr. Albert Khelfa has wide experience in developing business relations and negotiating strategic alliances, including corporate joint ventures and project finance activities, at the international level. Mr. Khelfa specializes in government funding assistance on the federal and provincial levels. His mandates cover start-up, expansion funding and export development assistance.

Mr. Khelfa was Deputy Member of the Quebec National Assembly for nine years from 1985 to 1994 for the Richelieu electoral riding. During his tenure, Mr. Khelfa represented the government of Quebec at events in Canada and abroad. He participated in several parliamentary commissions on culture, education and immigration and social services.

Mr. Khelfa graduated as a dental surgeon. He holds a B.A. in pedagogy (biology) from the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières (UQTR), a certificate in business administration from UQTR, and a certificate in testing and assessment from the University of Montreal. He is also an affiliated member of ACAIQ, L'Association des courtiers et agents immobiliers du Québec.
