Mr. Helou was graduated from H.E.C. Montreal in accounting science and holding a master degree in M.I.S. Mr. Helou has wide experience in corporate restructuring for over 22 years in Canada and on international level. He has concluded financing loan agreements, with institutions like the EDC and US-based CCC, for international trade contracts for amounts exceeding $ 20 M US.
Mr. Helou’s current assignments cover corporate debt/equity valuations and return-on-investment analysis for private mid-market companies.
Throughout his career, Mr. Helou has built up a solid networking relation with business professionals, bankers and government institutions enabling him to successfully achieve various corporate financing facilities, capital ventures and government grants, ranging from 100,000 $ to 10 M$. He also conducted several market analysis, feasibility study and due diligence tasks in various business fields.
