Mr. Jean-Louis Fortin Ph.D. has more than 25 years experience working with enterprises in Business Development, Technology Transfer, R&D and International Affairs.
Mr. Fortin experience includes the establishing of Université de Montréal Office of Industrial Liaison (BLEU). He has been executive director of UdeM Office of International Cooperation, of Quebec Edition and of ANEL (National Association of Book Publishers).
Mr. Fortin serves and has served on many Boards including CRIQ, la Fondation des parlementaires québécois, CORIM (Conseil des relations internationales de Montréal), CRSSS Montérégie and COPIBEC. Specialist in Technology Transfer, Dr Fortin teaches Administration and Strategic Planning here and in various countries of Latin America.
