Mr. Jean-Guy Malboeuf has over 20 years’ experience as a manager, consultant and coach. He completed studies in human resources at the University of Montreal and holds a Master’s degree in training management from the University of Sherbrooke. Mr. Malboeuf operated his own consulting firm for a number of years, providing operational and strategic human resources management services.
Mr. Malboeuf has helped implement many organizational changes related to structure, organizational culture and acquisitions and mergers. He possesses recognized expertise in change management and human resource mobilization. Having held the position of human resources director in an industrial engineering consulting firm, he is also well-acquainted with VAP and VAM concepts.
Mr. Malboeuf mission at Intercap Inc. is to support business managers in optimizing organizational effectiveness by providing solutions, strategies and tools adapted to the needs and realities of Quebec SMEs. |
